Brown: It is an amazing achievement
Another season in league two was confirmed for AFC Wimbledon following their 1-1 draw at Crawley on Saturday afternoon.
Realistically Wimbledon were going to stay up but even so Terry Brown knows what an 'amazing achievement' it is for The Dons: 'as a club, we have not quite been in existence for 10 years so I am glad we are safe.
'It is an amazing achievement. (Barnet manager) Lawrie Sanchez would give his right arm to be in our position.'
Staying up has pleased Brown no end but he now aims for his side to kick-on next season: 'I'm proud to be at the helm and the aim now is not just to stay in the league but be a major player in it.'
