Result - AFC Wimbledon 3-1 Shrewsbury
AFC Wimbledon concluded their first season in the football league with an impressive home win over Shrewsbury on Saturday afternoon.
Shrewsbury, already promoted as runners-up in league one, would have wanted to end on a high note but it was Wimbledon that had the better of the second half following a goalless first.
Minutes into the second period Harrison (47) put the hosts ahead with Moore (55) soon doubling this lead. Cansdell-Sherriff (58) brought the visitors back into the game just before the hour but another from Moore (61) soon after completed a 3-1 win.
