AFC Wimbledon sign Luton's Osana

AFC Wimbledon have made their first signing of the summer with defender Curtis Osana joining on a free transfer.

25-year-old Osana, who was out of contract with Luton, is reunited with Terry Brown having worked with him at Aldershot during a loan spell in 2006.

The Kenyan-born right back had no hesitation, as he told the official website, in joining Wimbledon when an offer was made to him: 'Terry has known me since I was a kid and he knows what I am capable of.

'I learned a lot from him when I was at Aldershot. I spoke to Terry and he told me where the club is hoping to go. He told me that he knows what the problems were last season and he is trying to fix them next season. I think the club will progress and I want to be a part of it.

'Once I got my medical done I just wanted to sign as the chance to work again with Terry for a Football League team was too good to turn down.'
