Dons beaten again as Pompey win
AFC Wimbledon's pre-season programme ended with another defeat as troubled Portsmouth came to Kingsmeadow and went away with a morale boosting win.
With the season less than a week away from kicking-off Terry Brown fielded a strong XI, arguably the strongest, but a team that has been patched together (including former Don Kieran Djilali) as trialists proved too strong with a couple of these scoring the goals to give Pompey a 2-0 win.

Pre-season has been very mixed, especially as far as results go, so Brown will be disappointed with another setback but will take heart from an improved second half showing.
Much more will be needed from The Dons though when the real competitive action begins.
