Striker Boost For Wimbledon

It was feared that Paul McCallum has broken his foot recently, however the news is positive for AFC Wimbledon, the player and of course his parent club West Ham.

McCallum was injured in last weeks draw with table topers Port Vale, with the worst-case scenario of a broken foot feared for the 19-year-old loanee.

Fortunately x-rays, as Dons physio Mike Rayner told the official website, have confirmed, "there was no fracture" and better still he could be back training by the end of the week!
