Meades Stays With Dons

Jonathan Meades will spend the remainder of the season with AFC Wimbledon after they agreed a deal with his parent club to extend his loan spell.

The midfielder, who has been used as a left back and midfielder during his time at Kingsmeadow, was due to return to Bournemouth next week when his loan would have ended.

Instead the 20-year-old will now stay with The Dons until the end of this season to not only aid the clubs relegation battle but also give himself further first-team experience, which should benefit all parties.
