Wimbledon Swoop For Crawley Striker

AFC Wimbledon made a late loan move to bring in a striker from Crawley on deadline day that should be a real boost to their relegation battle.

Gary Alexander played with Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley at Millwall, so he's a player he knows personally, and his goals record in the Football League speaks for itself with him almost at the 150-goals mark.

Goals haven't been as easy for him to come across with Crawley in recent times, however his previous suggests that they could and this can only boost The Dons' chances of staying in League Two.
