AFC Wimbledon 2-1 Bradford

AFC Wimbledon came from behind to bag a vital three points with a last gasp winner over League Cup Finalists Bradford at Kingsmeadow on Saturday afternoon.
Not much happened in the first half, however both sides did have chances to have opened the scoring but this couldn't happen before the break.
Wimbledon spurned a great chance in the second half with Bradford taking advantage of this to take the lead just ahead of the hour mark through Garry Thompson (59).
Thompson could have sealed a win for the visitors but a failure to convert eventually cost The Bantams. With seven-minutes to play Jack Midson (83), who had come off the bench, headed home to draw The Dons level.
A point would have been better than none, however at home still arguable not enough but one did become three for Wimbledon deep into injury-time when Gary Alexander (90+4) headed home to hand the hosts a 2-1 win, just how vital this dramatic turnaround will be is going to be known at the end of April!
