Former Boss Targets Former Dons

Terry Brown is looking to raid his former club AFC Wimbledon for some new signing for his current club Margate this summer, if reports are correct.

As long as they are affordable Brown made it clear that he would be 'interest in all of the players that come out of there', with the 'there' being Wimbledon.

Jack Midson has been spoken about glowingly by Brown but Sammy Moore is said to have been offered a contract by Margate, with him currently 'mulling over' a new deal offered him by Wimbledon.

Luke Moore was another released by Neal Ardley and he's, again as far as reports in the Thanet Gazette, been offered a deal by Brown at Margate.

You'd be surprised if any were willing to drop three levels to sign for Margate, most definitely Sammy who has shown that he's more than capable of playing at league two level, at least so why would the 26-year-old want to drop so far down the footballing pyramid again.
