Sammy Moore Stays

Sammy Moore Stays

Sammy Moore will be an AFC Wimbledon player again next season after he committed his future to the club.

Wimbledon today confirmed that the 26-year-old, the clubs longest serving player too, has signed a new contract with Neal Ardley now able to build a side around the midfielder.

There had been some rumours linking him with a Kingsmeadow exit, an unlikely drop down several divisions to link up with Terry Brown had been mooted but that was never likely and fortunately Moore will stay with the Dons.

First signed back in 2010 from Dover he's not only helped Wimbledon get into the football league but also helped them stay in it since.
