Vital View - League One - 16th September 2017
The League One season continued with the latest round of games played over the weekend.
Blackburn's winning run was ended in surprising fashion when Wimbledon won at Ewood Park - Rovers' former boss Gary Bowyer continued the fine job he's doing at Blackpool though when leading the Tangerines to victory over Oxford.
An unexpected Gillingham win at Priestfield helped to ease the Gills' struggles whilst making it successive defeats for Charlton.
There was no such problem for Shrewsbury as the League One leaders won at struggling Oldham - who had hoped to build on a win recently. Meanwhile, Fleetwood would have arguably turned up at Fratton Park as the favourites but the Cod Army left Portsmouth with nothing but a 4-1 defeat.
Paul Cook, Pompey's former boss, continued his good start at Wigan but guiding them to victory over Bristol Rovers at the DW Stadium - another result that tends to suggest the Latics' recent run without a win is behind them.
Here's a round-up of the League One results with one game to take place.
