MONDAY: Grays Athletic v Wimbledon

AFC WIMBLEDON MAKE the short trip to Grays Athletic on Bank Holiday Monday, looking to get their Blue Square Premier campaign back on track after an agonising 1-0 defeat at home to table-toppers Oxford United at the weekend.

Vital Quotes:

Dons boss Terry Brown remained upbeat about the Oxford defeat and optimistic about the trip to Grays when he told the Official Website: "I am again very proud of my players, the way they showed great character after going a goal down, and dominating much of the second half. We have not been disgraced in any way and now travel to Grays Athletic on Bank Holiday Monday when I will be looking to make use of my full squad.'

Grays Athletic Team News:

Grays Athletic announced a double signing on Friday, the Blues' bringing in Glenn Poole from Brentford for his second spell at the Recreation ground. Also joining Grays (on loan) is centre back Sam Gaughran - awarded his first professional contract this year by Championship new-boys Peterborough United. Grays also brought in two other players this week, stiker Jack Jeffery and defender Jack Obersteller.
